Shipping Information

Our shipping policy is pretty simple...We try to guess how much UPS or Parcel Post shipping will cost based on the dollar amount of your order. Shipping costs get added to your invoice before we ship. We try very hard not too make the shipping costs more than the goods you are purchasing.

Sometimes we cover our costs, sometimes we don't!

Almost always, we ship your product immediately. If there is going to be a delay, we will let you know via email.

You should expect to see your goods within 5-7 days of placing your order. If they don't arrive, please email us at customerservice@sweetgrassonline.com.

We are happy to accept international shipments, however, we will have to email you the actual shipping costs and get your approval to ship.

Ordering by Mail

We understand completely that some people are still not comfortable ordering over the internet. We can easily prepare a shipment from your phone call. We also can accept your personal check. You'll have to give us a ring to discuss what it is you would like to order. We'll calculate the total and you can send us a check. As soon as we receive it, we will pop your goods onto the UPS truck and they will be on their way to you.

Product Guarantee & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customer service@sweetgrassonline.com or phone 603-766-1651 for authorization and return instructions. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and we will require a copy of your purchase invoice. After 60 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defects only. If you have purchased your product at a local retailer, please return the item directly to them.

If we have made an error in processing or shipping your order, please contact us immediately. We don't mess up often, but occasionally it does happen. We will work with you to make the situation all better. We don't like to aggravate our customers!

If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately. We will work with you and UPS to arrange for a replacement.

Occasionally, we send out special emails announcing new products, or we might run a sale, offering a coupon that you can use at the checkout. If you are interested in receiving this information, please add your email address below. Please know that we absolutely do NOTHING with your email address except to make these announcements. We detest email abuse and refuse to participate.
