How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at or phone 603-766-1651 for authorization and return instructions. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and we will require a copy of your purchase invoice. After 60 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defects only.  If you have purchased your product at a local retailer, please return the item directly to them. If we have made an error in processing or shipping your order, please contact us immediately. We don't mess up often, but occasionally it does happen. We will work with you to make the situation all better. We don't like to aggravate our customers! If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately. We will work with you and UPS to arrange for a replacement.
