We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything at all that you are unhappy with, please email us at email@example.com or phone us at 603-766-1651 for authorization and return instructions. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and we will require a copy of your purchase invoice. After 60 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defects only. If you have purchased your product at a local retails, please return the item directly to them.
If we have made an error in processing or shipping your order, please contact us immediately. We don't mess up often, but occasionally, it does happen. We will work with you to make the situation all better. We don't like to aggravate our customers!
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. We will work with you and UPS to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
