    Great Products

    I really love these products. However I was frustrated when I selected for and paid extra for UPS shipping instead of USPS shipping and my first order was shipped USPS. USPS will not deliver to our address so I have to drive across town causing a deal of inconvenience for me. I had inquired about being credited for paying extra for UPS shipping while they shipped USPS which is cheaper and I never received a reply. So, my next order I selected USPS and just had to schedule my time to drive to the post office.

    Candles good; delivery poor

    Thep soy candles are excellent. Have purchased dozens over the last 10 years or so. This company is in New Hampshire and most deliveries have been to the contiguous state of Massachusetts - no problem. But when I requested a delivery within their own state of New Hampshire, it was a big problem. They couldn't handle it. So I'm less of a fan.

    Hi Susan, thank you for the review. The issue you're reffering to is one with USPS. We sent the order to the address you provided and they Post Office is the one who couldn't deliver it. After a package leaves our building, as with almost every other ecommerce purchase, we really have no control over what happens to it.
